A Letter from Rick Kraft, President

Kraft Builders, Inc. has been in business for over 17 years in the New River Valley. As you can imagine, we have completed numerous projects ranging anywhere from large custom homes to simple remodeling jobs. We have a wide range of building experience and focus on satisfying the needs of our clients. To help us achieve this goal, we have committed ourselves to reducing the stress of your building experience through an innovative building process, which includes several unique aspects.

First, our Design Agreement allows you to determine the features and price of your project before the first shovel of dirt is ever turned. This planning stage will allow you to remove a lot of the unknowns that typically cause headaches and delays during the construction phase. Second, our staff is here to assist you in all phases of your project. Whether it's our Job Supervisor answering your questions on site, or our Selection Assistant aiding in your search for the perfect light fixture, you will never experience the feeeling of not being in control of your project. Third, our company is dedicated to paying close attention to detail and adhering to the highest quality standards. In fact, we guarantee to meet or exceed the quality standards outlined in the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Residential Construction Performance Guidelines. We are confident that you will find these benefits to be great assets as you embark on your journey through the frantic world of building or remodeling a home.

If you are planning on purchasing one of our homes currently under construction, building a home from a set of plans you already have, or want assistance in designing your home, we can accommodate your needs. For instance, if you don't want to go through the entire process of building a home, but would still like your new home to have a personal touch, we have a few homes under construction that might interest you. Now is the perfect time to purchase one of these homes and modify the look with your own custom features. However, if you desire to build your home using either your own set of plans or a set of plans we help you develop, we have lots available. Of course, we are also willing to build on any lot you already own.
